Some of my favorites include:

Landslide (The White Album) and I like the live version of FM's 1980 album where she dedicated it to London.

Rumours:
Gold Dust Woman (especially the howling at the end)

Mirage:
That's Alright (such a fun song and her voice is so sharp here)

Bella Donna:
After The Glitter Fades
Edge Of Seventeen
Leather and Lace
The Highwayman
(she can really do a ballad)

Wild Heart:
Wild Heart
Nightbird
Nothing Ever Changes (such emotion in that one)
Sable On Blond (just how deep do you hold that dream)

Rock A Little
Rock A Little (she sounds so wistful)
I Sing For The Things
No Spoken Word

Tango:
Call me Crazy but I like her on Welcome To The Room...Sara

OSOTM:
Ooh My Love
Doing The Best That I Can (Escape from Berlin)
Juliet ( Love this song)

*sorry nothing really stands out for me on Behind The Mask

Trouble In Shangri-La
Trouble In Shangri-La
Planets of The Universe
Fall From Grace

Say You Will
Thrown Down
Running Through The Garden
Goodbye Baby

*honorable mentions go to
Battle of The Dragon...I absolutely LOVE this song. So mystical.

Twisted (but only on the soundtrack to the movie. Her duet with Lindsey is amazing and I love the "I know...You know...watching you go is like dying" lyric and the way the sing it...CHILLS

Reconsider Me
Garbo
Sleeping Angel
and any live version of Rhiannon where she tears it up!!

If you're crazy, so am I. (Not that this issue is in dispute. )
And did you leave out Street Angel on purpose?

Whoops!!

You'll notice the time was close to 7 am which means I was only half way through my first cup of coffee...not fully awake until the second cup and after the Rugrat goes off to school

In any case, my favorites off of Street Angel are:

Greta and Rose Garden
(sadly that's about it on that one)

As it is, I forgot to include "One More Big Time Rock And Roll Star," "Ooh My Love," and "Thousand Days."

I love the chorus but hate the vocal on the "undercover music lover" lines, and I'm usually a fan of the RaspaLittle voice. Also, IMO it's out of place on Enchanted: It belongs on Disc 2, and The Highwayman belongs on Disc 1.

Default Favorite vocals

The one that stands out for me is Sleeping Angel. She delivers such a rich, compelling vocal.

Here are some of mine:

Sleeping Angel demo

At Last ( I was totally blown away when I heard that for the first time)

Illume

Some of my favorite vocals of Stevie's are when she sings harmony like:

Insider (this is one of my absolute favorite vocal moments for Stevie...and the live version is astonishing as well)

Midnight Wind ("Come ON DOWN!!")

Magnet and Steel
