There's this wonderful thing called a private messaging system on the Ledge that lets you have these conversations privately. I promise that no one wants to read this crap.

Unfortunately you can't take these arguments to pm. Then they'll complain to a Mod that you are harassing them or spamming their pm's.

This is patently untrue. Moderators cannot police what goes on in private messaging. We do not have access to member inboxes, so any complaints we receive are viewed as hearsay and we do not act on them.

Morale of the story: if you have personal grievances with someone, take it to PM and fight to the death there. Personal arguments have no place on the board. Take it to PM, folks!

I speak from experience. None of my past arguments would have been public if I could have done them in a pm. This statement though, has nothing to do with the person I've been told to avoid.

I need to go buy an external hard drive. I SOOO need to reformat my desktop with W7, but my DVD burner has gone out, and I've got about 50 movies on here, that I don't want to lose.
