Absolutely amazing. I am just blown away by this. How fun this must have been for Christine, to play this song that she wrote so many years ago! She wrote this song, what, almost 45 years ago? And hasn't played it on stage for something like 37 years?

And the name of the song! "Get Like You Used To Be" -- it describes what she was doing with this performance! Get back on stage, be a musician and a singer of the blues ... get like you used to be!

It looks like the person taking the video was hidden backstage and it's kind of a weird camera angle, and although it's a shame to not be able to see Christine's face, it is fantastic to be able to watch her right hand on the keyboard.

Am I correct that she hasn't done any interviews? I would just love to hear what she had to say about how it felt to be back up on stage!

She hasn't done any interviews since this happened in Hawaii. But she's made a few press comments about Rumours 35 and her comments in the album booklet are a slight variation on what she said in Mojo earlier this year.

So the question is will she repeat the exercise?

And the next question is should I mortgage my house and get tickets for the last show in London?

I, too, would like to know if this is something I need to plan for.

My head has literally been spinning for days because of this. Don't know which way is up or down at this point, but I feel like I read somewhere on here that she was stopping off in LA for a visit? Is this true? Dare we hope that. . .no, no, I won't even finish that thought. I'm just happy that we got to see her on stage, in good form, enjoying herself.

Well, she was supposed to be in Hawaii for 3 weeks. I wonder when the 3 weeks ends. Then L.A.

As for England, the thing is, there were rumors among the fans that went around during the SYW tour and that turned out to be bogus. But 10 years later people are their own media outlets and we don't have to rely on gossip spread from fan to fan. The Kelly Clarkson and Elon Musk smack downs have made that very clear this month. People are speaking more directly to their target audience. If she really is slated to appear in England, Ken Caillat may so beforehand and Mick will too, the way things have been going.

Problem is, they might not say so until a few weeks before the show and it may be even harder to get tickets then. So, if you buy them now, you will already have them if something exciting is going to happen.

It's so awesome to see Christine back out there performing, even if it's just a few gigs!

I feel jealous that Steven Tyler got so much of her. Rick and Mick, fine, but her being here is so rare, I kind of wish these videos that we will be living on for the next decade didn't include so much of Tyler.

I love both of the videos. In the latter, Rick is SO obviously the band leader. All eyes are on him, especially Chris, during the break in the middle. She's watching his hands, and laying low, until she sees when it's finally kicking back in.

I keep wondering what's up with the laptop lying on the drum riser.....

I'm sure they might be old friends. That doesn't make me feel any better. Even if it was Steve Winwood with her, I'd rather have her reuniting with other people when her time on this continent is limited.

45?

I said the same thing: Get like you used to be, Chris! And she did.
