This does not bode well for my show, which is June 6.

Thumbs down This sucks.

Sorry to all who had tickets to these cancelled and postponed shows. Carne, I pray your show goes as scheduled, since you have yet to see them.

Ticketmaster ( http://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/735087 ) is reporting the July 10 Pittsburgh concert is "cancelled" and the Scranton concert is on that date.

Hopefully, soon we will know more, like if the Pitts. concert will be rescheduled - I hope it is.

Thanks, Christy. From the looks of things, it probably is still on.

What was so important about this Scranton date that Pittsburgh had to be knocked out to accomodate it?! Am I the only one here who sees NO SENSE in this?

I don't see the sense in it either. Wouldn't it be lovely if the band used that *&@@$%%$% website of theirs to communicate directly with their fans. The most connected tour EVER!!!

No, you're not the only one. I don't get it...and I'm not holding my breath about Hershey. I have a bad feeling about it...

No, Alex, I'm with you. It makes absolutely NO SENSE whatsoever. In fact, I think I'm going to be sick right now. I had third row pit seats for June 10.

The only "sense" it makes is because it involves $$$. Did you read the blurb on burnish.net from the Scranton paper? Some Scranton venue person said that Scranton was one of the top selling stops for this tour. So, if Pittsburgh's numbers didn't compare (and I have no idea whether this is the case...I'm just speculating), then why not pull it in favor of the city where they'll make more?? Ugh.

Sorry if I sound cynical, but I'm really heartbroken right now. And although I'm well aware that Stevie, Lindsey, Mick or John personally did not cancel Pittsburgh --- this whole fiasco is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Maybe I'll wake up tomorrow and realize I dreamed all of this...
