Default 2013 Best of Tour Video

I've had this idea mulling over in my head for a couple days but was hesitant to post about it.

Since the 2013 North American leg is winding down, I thought it would be a cool idea to make a video highlighting some of the awesome moments that happened on this tour. I have a few in mind that I would use, and I was thinking of doing a couple of moments from each show as a sort of highlight reel.

If I do this, what would you like to see get added to the video since I know I won't be able to include everything.

great idea!

you could go 2 different routes (or better yet - both!) -

1) best performance bits, musically
2) most memorable moments (LB falling on his ass during ISA comes to mind )

looking fw to see what you come up with - i'm sure it will be great!!

This clip is cute! A fan yelling "I want you" to Lindsey, and Stevie mouthing "not gonna happen" lol

yeah def one of the moments to be captured on this tour. love watching how their expressions change as the action progresses -
  • Lindsey being unhappy about the guitar taking but changing to a mischievous smile as the girl made it clear she actually wants him not the guitar
  • Stevie lightly smiling while it was about the guitar and getting all serious once it became clear it's about wanting Lindsey

I like that video clip where Lindsey is pretending either that he can't walk away from Stevie or that she won't let him go.

I do have it on my phone, but someone posted a better one.

The fan saying that reminds me of what Stevie said about

Gold Dust Woman: "Its about groupie type ladies. About women who stand around and give me and Christine dirty looks but as soon as a guy comes in the room are overcome with smiles."

Or Kind of Woman

Quote:
"That has to be Lindsey's song. I wrote that song about Lindsey. In 1973 we weren't exactly rolling in the money. Lindsey got an offer to go on the road with the Everly Brothers, minus one brother. So we needed money and he didn't want to work as a waitress so he went. And I was very very jealous and very heartsick and bummed out that I didn't get to go. In fact, I was really really unhappy about it. So I wrote this song about what I thought it would be for somebody that was...you know, Lindsey was darling, and I thought sombody's gonna snag him out there for sure! So I was imagining the groupies with the black feathers and the rhinestones and the boots and the black stockings and I was dying. So I go to work in the morning and YOU are out there being an Everly Brother! So Kind of Woman was...'you didn't mean to meet her, right?' Right! You're going to call me and tell me that?'"

Also the following:

A bug flying into Stevie's mouth at Jazz Fest.

Her intro to Without You in Rosemont, IL

The fans correcting her on Sisters of the Moon - Unicted Center Chicago. We said 1982 although 1981 seems to have stuck.

Yes, that was a keeper, her flapping her arms to describe to Lindsey what happened.
