Nestle's Crunch Ice Cream Bar, because it's like a million degrees outside right now.

Stupid California summers.

My regular: Turkey ham and swiss, on Oat bran bread. EVERYTHING else on it came from my garden. Green peppers, onions, lettuce, banana peppers, and tomatoes. I finally got my first ripe tomatoes on Tuesday.

I'll be making fresh salsa DAILY now, until late October!

Because mom is the ****.

Actually, she is not a picky eater. She went and had teriyaki chicken and shrimp last weekend at the Hibachi grill. She's pretty cool

Wooow, I'm impressed! Now I wish your pool and garden was next door.
That sounds delish. I like lots of veggies on my sammiches, too. And I like salsa a lot. Fresh salsa.

I just had a double ciabatta bacon cheeseburger. My cats shared the beef with me, and I didn't quite finish it. But, I only had that because I drank last night, and haven't eaten all day. Plus, I was back down to 145 lbs. this morning, so, you know....
But all the food in my fridge is yummy and healthy, and I can't buy anything else this week, so it will work out.

Veggies....me too! Subway's got nuttin' on me! I usually have to eat it with a towel, because the tomatoes are dripping everywhere. I like to go pick a warm one, then straight to the sandwich with it! Tomatoes are my REASON for gardening.

Salsa. Fresh is the only way. I "can" about 25 quarts of it every year, but it still isn't NEARLY as good as it is fresh. But, in the winter, whatcha gonna do?

*drool*

Subway sandwiches are eww, pale shadows of sandwiches I make. But something about their bread tastes weird.
You just can't beat a homegrown tomato for flavor. It's one of those simple things that is actually an exceptionally delicious experience.

I had a reduced fat hot dog, the kosher ones, I can't remember the name right now. Plus Bush's onion baked beans. Then cherries for desert and a couple of Newman's Own organic cookies, the ones that are like Oreos only better.

I had coconut oil in my hand at the grocery store today, Amber, and realized I had no idea what I would do with it so I put it back. What do you do with it? Gah, I just realized I could've scrambled my eggs in it. How do you use it?

I use it for whatever I stir fry, I use it instead of butter on popcorn. I just use it like everyone uses oil. Also, when I get tortillas and ground boca for burritos, I use a little on the boca when I cook it, and then I crisp fry the tortilla in a little of it.
You can also just take 2 tablespoons a day. In the coconut diet cook book, they had a lot of smoothie recipes, you just put a tablespoon in or whatever. I don't make many smoothies so that's not my thing. You can fry or scramble eggs in it.
It doesn't taste, so, whatever you normally cook with oil, and some things you don't normally (smoothies).

I cook a lot of things in a pan on my stove, so that is pretty easy for me. Sometimes I don't use it every day, though, no big. It doesn't go bad like Olive Oil.

You eat too many refined carbs, it's not good for you. Have more veggies.
Now that I've made my concerned-about-your-health statement -

I looove Cheerios. I hardly ever buy cereal because I just glutton out on it. Honey Nut Cheerios are awesome, too. I kinda wish I had that right now.
