today on my way home from dance class, the classic rock station was doing a "Fleetwood Mac Power Hour" and chronologically played their hits. It was awesome! Hearing " Oh Well" and "Albatross" on the radio was such a treat for me!

About 2 weeks ago, the TV show "Chuck" had a band doing a cover of "Second Hand News". I have no idea who the band was but it sounded pretty good.

Second Hand News is played pretty regularly as a background at one point or another during MSNBC's Morning Joe.

I was in Rite Aid today buying a sympathy card for my Godmother because of the passing of my Godfather and I had to stop because No Questions Asked came on. I know, a lot of people hate that song but I love it. And it was way too cheerful a song to be picking out a sympathy card to. But I was struck by how odd a song to put on a drug store mix CD. It was so random.

My alarm is set to the radio.

Anyway, this morning I was awaken to the sound of Lindsey singing 'Go Your Own Way' in my ear. I was thrilled. It was the only morning I didn't hit snooze. I was like, "All right, talk about literally starting your day off on the RIGHT foot."

This has probably been mentioned on here somewhere, but last night I was watching Grown Ups with some friends and Monday Morning starts playing during one of the scenes and I freaked out I was right happy. My friends didn't have much to say about that one. I talked about it for like an hour.

I usually find a Fleetwood Mac song in the entertainment program of airplanes (Lan, American, Continental, I even heard Sara in Air France long ago..)

I have sooo many instances, it's a bit weird.

Over the summer I typically had my iPod plugged into the car. I had been listening to FM a lot at this time, so I thought I'd switch things up and turn on the radio. So, I switch on the radio and an FM song begins to play. I can't remember which song now. But it wasn't like I jumped into the middle of a song, it was the exact beginning, no adverts, no DJ talking. It was like I had popped in a CD. The FM gods are powerful

Another time I was in JCPenny and a really horrid club remix of GYOW started to play. It was pure sacrilege! It wasn't even a cover, it was just their song mashed up and destroyed.

One other time I was leaving Target, and the music playing outside as I walked to my car was a instrumental cover of NGBA That made me happy, made me want to stand on the sidewalk a bit longer.

I heard Love In Store, as I was leaving Lowes, a couple of days ago(so of course I didn't walk out!), and heard Big Love, in Goodwill yesterday.

That's a rare one. I would have stayed too. Also, if they decided to make announcements over the store's P.A. system while the song was playing, I would have put a stop to that.
