How dare anyone question her actions......after all she's been through.
I'd love for someone to send me the link to that interview (yeah, I don't pay attention to that woman at all, not even when she talks about Lindsey), so I can leave my sweet sentiments about her.

She really is far removed from reality. The fact she was shocked people were commenting on her firing Lindsey gives a lot of credibility
to the notion her minions truly have been keeping news from her.... I mean I think we all suspected it, but I guess they really do lock her up in her fantasy filled bubble. I also found it somewhat ironic that her dead parents told her to divorce the man she was never married too, and Lindsey wonders if his happy personal life doesn't cause her some bitterness in her own......I am sure it's just a coincidence

And she was equally shocked that 100% of her audience weren’t in awe of her RBG “tribute.”

Well, she seemingly only saw/heard about ONE fan comment, imagine if she knew the FULL truth of how many people are not on her side re: the firing and not only that are full on disgusted with her behavior. She might implode and leave nothing behind but a pile of gold fairy dust

lol somehow i doubt that among tons of comments like that she managed to see just one. she wouldn't feel the need for damage control if she only saw a single lone comment.

someone told me her insta post was full of those comments. and i can tell you that i only knew of her exploitation of RBG's death because there were replies to her post from bunch of people mentioning what she did to him in my LB search on twitter.

interesting observation. we know that Mick and Christine were well aware of the fan push-back. did she really not know? or she had them handle it then because it was FM advertising and she didn't have her story straight yet, but she's handling it now when she's advertising her solo stuff.

sadly, not surprising she says she's getting along better with her parents now than when her parents were alive.. they were the only people (except sometimes Lindsey) who were still able to tell her straight up when she'd do something wrong. now she can imagine them telling them whatever she wants.

They need her--plain and simple IMO. Everyone gives Christine a lot of credit for being the voice of reason in this band of misfit junkies, and before she left, I can see why, however, she came back, which was awesome, but let's be honest, can't carry a note in a bag. Whatever magic LB worked to make her sound palatable on Buckvie, was lost when they fired him. Mick NEEDS her more than anyone else. He will ride her coattails wherever they take him. Case in point---the "Dreams" meme going around now---He just hadda get on board. He can't resist. Say what you will about her (Stevie), but she doesn't need FM anymore, and hasn't for a long time. The fear of her solo career came true. But they most certainly need her. She's savvy and my hat is off to her for that. So while we know Christine and Mick knew of the pushback around LBs firing, they were probably leading the charge in keeping the pushback from her. THEY NEED HER---she certainly does not need them. A happy Stevie is a better bank account for C, J, M. And Mike and Neil were just puppets in the facade

Linds needs her too. He rolled his solo stuff into FM to reach an audience who bought the albums and came to the shows to hear and see her. Solo he plays to high school auditoriums and sells no albums. His only reach beyond that has been with FM through Stevie.

He rolled his solo stuff into FM because they needed to get on the road. He would likely have been happy to do it on his own. And, if he needs her, she needs him. He always seemed happy with the small machine/big machine. Their successes are firmly rooted in each other. 1/2 the songs she sings at her solo show are about him. Lindsey can make music without her and she him. My point was, Christine, Mick and John less so for whatever reason. And that's fine. At the end of the day, Stevie FIRED Lindsey, lied about it, and the 3 stooges went along with it, and people are pissed about it still, and she's delusionally shocked by that.

I doubt she ever actually sees ANY of them. That's why I believe the ONE she saw rattled her. She referred to it in the singular (then again, would I say that to Bob Dylan? )

I think the one she saw slipped through the safety net. I'm sure most of reality gets filtered from her these days. She's so sensitive, it would break her heart.....

lmao, right? why would someone constantly expressing how they hate Lindsey's songs even come into Lindsey solo forum? guess just to try and ruffle feathers.

Stevie solo played state fairs and casinos. if she left FM when she went solo in 1980s, she'd be now playing theaters just as her contemporaries, like Pat Benatar, who didn't have mega band to fall back on, are. (same theaters Lindsey plays, btw.) staying in Fleetwood Mac gave her longevity and extra opportunities to climb back up when she was down.
