Agreed. The Rumours configuration either rehearsed or performed a bunch of older stuff—some of it worked and some of it didn't. But they at least tried.
  • Oh Well
  • Green Manalishi
  • Hypnotized
  • Tell Me All the Things You Do
  • Child of Mine
  • Sunny Side of Heaven
  • Spare Me a Little
  • Station Man
  • Believe Me
  • Why
and maybe some others, like Prove Your Love (which Chris once said in a 1982 interview that the band "ran through" a bunch of times)

Agreed again!
I had no idea the band ran through “Prove Your Love” in rehearsals! I would love to hear them as they worked on it.

That would be amazing to hear some of this older stuff!

Why not? I am not sure where Chuck Schumer* stands
considering the fact that Lindsey is a man (a Democrat),
but Stevie is a woman (so they say). So who would he
choose? Right now if I had to guess, he'd go with Stevie.
Which for me means I'll go with team Lindsey. I base
that on Stevie's past and not actually lying Schumer.

What that means is she looks out for number one. And
she also doesn't have a good handle on the truth. We
all can agree on that.

How many times do they have to stab Lindsey in the
back for most of us to take Lindsey's side? Stevie's
lies and sleeping with every other man she meets.
What do I base that on? Lindsey's words. Something
like fidelity's not her strong suit. Mick also turned
the knife in Lindsey's back. Why not sleep with Stevie?
How could that hurt the band?

I won't miss Lindsey with the band because I consider
him lucky to be out.
Why would you spend your so
called twilight years with a group of people like that?

Using certain people* to make a point isn't wrong?
Just for entertainment purposes peeps.

a) I think you are making a negative comment about Stevie regarding the number of men she's slept with. Whilst she's not my favourite and I pretty much despise her attitude these days, I more so despise misogynistic attitudes. I don't see what the numbers of men she has slept with has to do with anything. I'd hypothesize the vast majority of the men she's slept with have slept with many more women than she has men. Indeed I'd hazard a guess most of her partners have probably slept with many, many, many more women. Has she slept with every other man she's ever met? No. But so what?

b) In general, I'm not quite sure what most of your post here is on about. I understand there's some sort of political reference, but in general its all rather Greek.

Agreed. There's no reason to bring in Stevie's former romantic relationships here. Her treatment of Lindsey has nothing to do with that. The only former relationship that's relevant here is the one between Stevie and Lindsey.

Unless you want to talk about how many people Christine slept with, Mick slept with, John, Lindsey, Richard, Ken.. etc...

Can't really point the finger at just her for this one. You'd better be pointing all four of your fingers and some thumbs.

Uh.....no one in this band is a saint. Stevie's relationships are more publicly known because she's dated famous people and she's blabbed in interviews and/or in her songs about them. Lindsey has had his fair share but he's mostly kept quiet about them, although he's been with some....'unique' women let's say. Even how he met his wife is somewhat cloaked in intrigue. Chris too has had relationships, but she's been quiet. She was NOT the one who outed her relationship with Curry for example. The only relationships we actually know about were John, Dennis, and her second husband Eddie. Clearly she was in a relationship that inspired a lot of the songs on In The Meantime but other than saying that she didn't elaborate. Mick's been married 3 times, had an affair with Stevie, had an affair with Sara while having an affair with Stevie, I mean...... what's your point? None of this has anything to do with the topic of how badly the band conducted its band business.

The times she's slept with men just has to do
with how many times Lindsey has had to put
up with her. Remember he brought up her
fidelity issues in an interview I heard years
ago. I'm sure others have heard it. It wasn't
about judging her for just sleeping with others.
And more to do with Stevie and the other
members of FM hurting Lindsey in so many
ways.

The Schumer thing was just me rambling on
(in Greek it seems) about whats been happening
these past months and this week in particular
with the #metoo movement. Chuck playing
the woman card this week because he cares
about women (right?). I won't go further
because of politics. At least naming certain
people. Wouldn't want anyone's head to
explode.

My point is, in this environment it's easy
to give Stevie a pass and blame everything
on Lindsey. No matter what he's been through.

Since none of us know what really went down
we make our choices blindly. It's a fun read to
see what we come up with.

Stevie and Lindsey broke up in 1976 Who she slept with after that is none of Lindsey's business.

Even though she was apparently in some form of Olympic competition...

Way to make this about your hate of a political party. You always find a way! BTW I come here to get away from it, and if you continue I will report. Is my head exploding? You bet it is. Did we just NOT endure another whole day of ugly political happenings bombarding us from everywhere? Yes we did, and I do not want to hear about it here.

Cleverly editing your responses again? Why'd you remove Democrat?

1.
My response was tied in to what just happens to be going on in our
country right now. Lindsey and Stevie just happen to be living it out.

2.
Are you in third grade? Report me if you must.

3.
If you didn't want to hear about it here you would give equal time
to the others that bring up President Trump and Judge Kavanaugh
in derogatory ways. Happens all the time. It's a way of life here.

Life goes on.

This really ISN'T the forum for politics, and I too, don't want to read about them here.

Not even picking sides here, but it IS against the rules.

Please take that stuff elsewhere.

Also you should just be happy these days , you’ve got both houses , you’ve got the presidency and now you will have the supreme court, gay marriage will soon be banned and roe versus Wade will be overturned… I even saw A poll Republicans want the next election to be postponed if Trump says so. He’s told you to stop watching football, to stop watching movies , only trust media that likes him (What you are reading isn’t happening….Yeah he said that) and writes the most insulting things about people and you are eating it up. We will soon be completely authoritarian… I bet you don’t like when I’m saying do you? How about if everyone did that on this board? Not fun.
