Default 2003-4 FM theoretical album?

Here's a challenge - hope this hasn't been covered before.

If you had to choose a stripped down FM album from SYW and ItM, which songs would you choose? 4 LB songs from SYW, 4 SN songs from SYW, and 4 CMcV songs from ItM?

Miranda
Thrown Down
Friend
Peacekeeper
Murrow Turning Over in his Grave
Anything is Possible
Say You Will
Destiny Rules
Red Rover
You Are
Calumny
Illume

I kept coming up with 5 Stevie songs...I struggled with letting go of EFO!! But I think it may have been better served on a Solo album, afterall.

I let Lindsey still retain some of his avant garde material. It was better than his attempt at commercial..What the world is coming to, Steal Your Heart Away, etc

The more thought I put into this, the more I feel like Christine's album sounded even more Fleetwood Mac then Say You Will

I would have put Friend or You Are up a single

I would have closed with Illume a la GDW on Rumours

And...of course, rework all these songs leaving room for Christine's vocals and keyboards!!

Honestly, don't apologize for bringing up a subject that's been discussed before. There are only so many topics. If we never recycled them we wouldn't have a whole lot to talk about. And anyway, if somebody didn't read the earlier thread, this is brand new.

And, sometimes it's just better to start a new thread than to dig one out of the dark corners of the basement.
