So, Stevie said she used to read, draw or crochet to pass the time in the studio. We've seen some of her drawings, but I wonder what her crocheting was like? Did she ever make anyone a scarf or some socks or anything? Mittens?

^^ Haha omg Michele, there are so many things I love about your post! I was laughing so hard, brought me to tears!

This band is just the band that keeps on giving with these one liners! Forget "Kids Say the Darnedest Things"! We have our own FM version!

I love your analysis of the Stevie comment about recognizing an FM song! The only reasoning I can give behind her comment is that sometimes, when I'm in my town center (strip mall like, e.g. Target, etc.) they play instrumental versions of FM - and the speakers are outside along the entire sidewalk. Are those blocks...no lol, but that's all I have!

I also love the pot brownie comment haha, such images these guys are painting in my head!

So that's why she sewed stars and moons on Lindsey's jeans. It wasn't out of affection - it was out of boredom.

"Things got bad at the Record Plant. They were going crazy. Mick said, "One night I turned up and I saw John McVie, on his own, trying to master a bass part. This very well-grounded Scotsman was on his hands and knees praying, with a picture of his guru and a bottle of brandy in front of him. And John was so not that sort of guy. I knew then that we had to get out of there."

^^ I love John as a meter of insanity. Nothing will sober you up faster than seeing John praying to a picture of his guru...his! haha amazing!

Aw, he must sing GYOW about her now. These girls in FM just continually break his heart.

The time they ate marijuana cookies Stevie says: "We sat there for hours just staring at each other."
As a former pot head, I never could stomach when someone referred to it as dope. You notice how Stevie calls it dope when Lindsey smoked it and marijuana when she did?

But with Lindsey, Stevie could have been referring to hash as dope. She might not have done the hash. I mean she said it made the guys vomit, so that probably turned her off of it.

No actually she has mentioned smoking hash right before she went on stage

You make a good point, because normally when you walk a block or two, you would pass many different structures and not just one building, from which the same song was blasting. Unless the place is the kind of strip mall that you mentioned.

Of course, Stevie was probably just walking on her treadmill! Michele
