Yeah I gotta agree with that

See i can't resist a pissy loooking Lindsey ( if pissy looking means looking p****d off!) my favourite pissy looking Lindsey has to be during Blue letter on the Mirage concert video

Would that be this DVD? Because I have it on my Christmas "Buy me Mummy" list lol.

Nevermind. Looks to be crappy quality. What would you suggest for the Mirage concert in a DVD sense?

I liked how pissy-looking he looked during The Chain from that same concert. Come to think of it, he does look hot when pissed off.

I must admit i haven't seen that one before, I have been tempted by the one that has a tusk era cover but is the mirage concert that i sometimes see on ebay. I own it in vhs taped off the tv form but can't watch it as i no longer have a VCR. The night it was on tv i sat and watched it with my parents who are not FM fans i was about 14 and had to squirm my way through 'Not that funny' and Lindsey's rather overtly sexual 'Here i come baby ohhhhh' whilst dodging disapproving looks from mum and dad lol!
Actually you've just reminded me that my christmas present from my mum and dad this year (although they don't know it yet) will be 'Live at Bass performance hall' as somehow this is missing from my collection

I'll have to look out to see if anybody makes a DVD version (shhhlegitshhhh) of a good quality VHS or something. Sometimes people do put gems on ebay and Amazon.

Ooo! I have Bass Performance Hall. It's actually really good.

I love mostly all the classic rock bands, but especially The Beatles, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and the Doors. I actually just wrote my college application essay on The Beatles, so they'd probably be my fav. What about you?

I downloaded a nice copy, from laser disc, from Throwndown.net. Here are the notes:

Video from Chapters 8 & 9 were taken from the "Brazil" manufactured
Mirage Tour DVD with audio modified using Adobe Audition 1.5. All
other tracks are from the Mirage Tour LaserDisc.

Menu:

Chapter 01 - start of disc
Chapter 02 - The Chain
Chapter 03 - Gypsy
Chapter 04 - Love In Store
Chapter 05 - Not That Funny
Chapter 06 - You Make Loving Fun
Chapter 07 - I'm So Afraid
Chapter 08 - Blue Letter (from "Brazil" dvd; modified audio)
Chapter 09 - Rhiannon (from "Brazil" dvd; modified audio)
Chapter 10 - Eyes Of The World
Chapter 11 - Sisters Of The Moon
Chapter 12 - Go Your Own Way

If you know how to do torrents, I'm always seeding it

Yeah holidayroad puts up great pics, even though we can't agree on anything (she likes Go Insane, I like fuzzy, she thinks I need an NES, I think I'm fine playing the combo NES-Super NES-Genesis console in the Sci Fi Forum). i take it that Bucky's your favorite member?

Those bands are great. Yeah I listen to a lot of classic rock too, and I'm also huge on metal (primarily New Wave of British Heavy Metal and thrash metal, although I am always expanding my horizons). As for my favorite, it's gotta be the one and only Led Zeppelin.

That looks pretty much like the stuff on my DVD of Mirage show. Are there any songs we never see filmed from it?

Not sure. I certainly would think they played more. My copy is from an official laser disc release, so I'm guessing that's all that was released But I don't know fore sure.

I'd be very surprised if they didn't perform Hold Me or Dreams at that show, but like the Japan show, they probably just didn't record it.

Big Mac...if you're reading this, can you give the Mirage show, Tusk doc, and Japan show proper releases? Or at least let us see the stuff that wasn't caught in the main vid?
