Ok here's the Deanna's a moron part. YES - they do have those...and I even looked in the section in which they're kept. I didn't see them - but when I back a few days later with my sister - there they were....mocking me!

So yeah - I don't know HOW I missed them...but I managed it...and ended up eating the evil fake chicken things.

Speaking of evil - I tried my first V8 today and now I know what evil tastes like.

Yeah - the V8...I took one drink...and I don't think I've made the face I made in a loooooong time as I've not put anything that vile in my mouth anytime in recent memory. But our Pledge Central fridge was stocked full of it - so I thought..well hey if they have it here it must be good....no. There was a fatal flaw in my line of thinking.

Anyway - the only part of the thing you'd need a recipe for is the sauce. And I can PM you that - it's my grandma's special enchilada sauce - but I use light (or fat free) everything to make it....Then I just cut up one chicken thigh (or breast) and use either 3/4 to 1/2 of an avocado - roll them up in a wrap or tortilla and bam....burrito heaven goodness.

yeah, the only thing as vile as V8 is the pickled gooseberry i once at by accident.

it put the whore in horrible. removing it from my mouth was purely involuntary - probably one of the least tactful things i've ever done at someone else's house.

Check your PMs...

And Homie if you really want it - I can PM it to you too....

It doesn't take long to make - and it adds a great flavor to chicken or burritos or whatever. I don't eat a whole lot of it at once...but it just adds great flavor to what I'm eating it with.

Thanks Deanna. Got it. I'll give it a try in the next week or so.

That's right - we're drinkin' beer at work

Have I mentioned that I love my job?
