Haha--me too, with Destiny Rules. I am old and can no longer keep track of all the little tidbits...they've given us so many! I need to rewatch some docs and refresh my memory.

Say what you want about Stephanie, but the girl was happy as can be when Christine walked on stage last month. She's a White Winged Dove in my book.

When was the last time Stevie drove again? Chris would be the one driving, and Stevie's the tag-along kid at the back.

And imagine the sarcasm dripping off Christine's mouth.

Umm probably 1975/ 76 right before Rhiannon was released. Man, to be a fly on the window of that car! Could you imagine the buzz on this board?

Stevie:" Chris, you're too tall. Move your head so I can see"
"John remove your hat. I want to see that beautiful long gray/white hair of yours"
John, please let me pick out your clothes from now on

John and Chris: "Please Stevie, hush!"

a few minutes later

Stevie:" Are we there yet? You can't trust these GPS thingies
Chris please rejoin the band. I hate being in this boys club.
John I'll hold your hand if you're scared."

John: "Stevie, please shut up"

And on and on and on......

This. And she had such nice things to say about Chris in the recent Rip It Up interview.

Nicks moved to LA with Buckingham to join Fleetwood Mac in 1974 - establishing a new line-up that remains the line-up of today - apart from Christine McVie who quit in 1988 [1998] but recently rejoined the band on stage at London’s O2.

"Chris was a tough girl but she never really told us just how afraid she was of flying,” says Nicks.

"She'd started having panic attacks about it. We did the Grammys and then she turned to me and said, 'I can't do this any more, I'm quitting.' I said, 'You're leaving me? Abandoning me?' "She goes, 'I'm sorry, honey, I just can't do it.' So she went home, sold her beautiful house in Los Angeles, her piano, her truck, and she was gone in three weeks.

"We never saw her again until we played Earls Court in London in 2004. You just have to respect her wishes but we’ll always be close. We’ll always be friends though it's been very hard to try Christine's songs in rehearsals. Lindsey and I have tried singing some in harmony but we were just disappointed with it.

"Christine just can't be replaced."

On this, we agree 100%. Whoever said they thought Stevie was trying to upstage her(or whatever it was), was completely wrong. I love to run Stevie's name through the mud more than anyone,, but she was truly happy that Chris was up there.

John will beat this thing....

And Chris will come back for one more final album and tour.....

A fella can hope and dream....
