Steve Hackett plays like P. Green

This is a fragment of review of his 2006 album WILD ORCHIDS.
The Man In The Long Black Coat, unusually for Hackett is a cover – and a cover a Bob Dylan song at that. “It gave me the opportunity to sing like Johnny Cash and play guitar like the young Peter Green”, jokes Hackett.
Has anybody heard it? I wonder which Greeny's track is an inspiration?
