Does she have early stage dementia?

I don't know if she just has a really bad memory or she's trying to alter history somehow...

She does that all the time with all different topics. In other words, she contradicts herself constantly. I did hear the interview where she said her and Lindsey fought for a double album. But we all remember once the album was released she went on the record saying she thought the album was too long and should have only had 10 songs.

I heard this the other day and I was just stunned. A complete and verifiable lie.

I was in the car when I heard it--almost hit a tree and then came home and watched Destiny Rules to reassure myself I am not crazy. SHe's the queen of revisionist history.

I was listening the other day when Mick Fleetwood was playing some of his favorites. He spoke at length about his love of The Rolling Stones and I wondered to myself how Mr. Fleetwood would feel if Jagger abruptly fired Keith Richards and replaced him with Joe Perry and Richard Marx ( who then did radio interviews talking about how he can't wait to play classics like "The Tumbling Of The Dice").

From a Keith Olsen interview: "'But the good news is, you know those two kids, who were they? Lindsey and Stevie? Do you think they'd want to join my band? Could you go and find out?' And I took 12 hours of constant pounding on them to try to convince them to join Fleetwood Mac on a trial basis only. And they joined Fleetwood Mac as a trial basis and they said they'd do it just for 6 weeks. Then they got better, then they found out that they were making money, just because her brother's paying their salary at 500 bucks a week. They said, well this is great." http://www.melodicrock.com/interviews/keitholsen.html |

probably much safer to go with what we could actually hear them saying in the Sound City movie - both Keith and Lindsey. and the bottom line from the above link as well as every version we heard - FM needed a guitarist and Lindsey would not join without Stevie. and as he said in jest at one of their OWTS tour shows - "and where did that get me?!" - which would have insteresting meaning right now. talking about Keith, he also said that Stevie was absolutely useless as a cleaning lady and that's why he offered Stevie and Lindsey to just move into his house instead.
