Billy in "Oh Yeah"?

Don't ask me how I hit it when channel surfing, but I found myself reading the credits of a Nickelodeon cartoon show called Oh Yeah! Cartoons. As the names flashed by rather quickly, I'm about 99% sure I saw Billy Burnette pop up! I believe it was something to the extent of him writing the theme. Anyone have any more info, or am I actually going insane?
