With cold and flu season in full swing, health experts are actually recommending not to shake hands with anyone (a peck on the cheek) is actually safer or do the Howie Mandel "Knuckle Knock". I am so going to start doing this. Anyone else? Maybe you have been doing it already?

I prefer the "don't meet anyone" method. But in reality I think I touched a whole gaggle of flu ridden people last night. oops. Hopefully the alcohol in my stomach/bloodstream killed anything flu like.

Did you read this part? That's abit extreme.

Mandel, who suffers from mysophobia -- a dread of dirt or filth -- recently confessed on Jay Leno's Tonight Show that he routinely orders 26 towels from room service when he checks into a hotel, to lay over the carpet in his room.

Yeah, he's always admitted to being OCD and germaphobic. Kind of sad.
