I just have to say again how pleased i am with both the CD and DVD covers, and how much i love the name "The Soundstage Sessions" for the CD...it's like "The Dance" all over again for me!

thanks tried to get close to what they had with color and text style they covers are nice and hope they do add to dvd the beauty and beast there should be no reason not to add the whole show now it would be nice if stevie adds beauty and the beast and dreams to both the dvd and cd.

Looks like the "Stevie Stare" worked its magic on those music execs.
LOL, can you really imagine a record exec on the receiving end of that stare?
It would be like..."yes Stevie, anything you say Stevie"

Stevie should use her stare on her own camp to get them in line.

Thanks!
You're welcome. Where'd I find it....I'd better not say

I have the PBS version but I'm still excited about getting this.
I also wish the DVD included Beauty And The Beast, in fact it was
the song I looked most forward to. Sometimes I think they leave
off certain songs to include them on other versions, like with this
CD & DVD release. They know us fans will have to buy both.

The other information I didn't have time to write earlier today was
pretty much just the same old biography & discography info. If it's
needed, I'd be glad to post it.

BTW, the price on both was just the suggested retail price. I'm sure
it will be easy to find it at a better price.

Well I am quite pleased with the CD track list. I was expecting another CD full of the boring staples: Dreams, Rhiannon, GDW, Stand Back, Landslide, etc.

Very glad to see they are giving us songs we don't typically have on CD.

Was "Beauty and the Beast" aired on the PBS special? I got my PBS DVD today and no BATB is listed, which I knew but am curious if it was a part of the special.

Thats the first thing I thought hen i saw the CD listing as well Cause I was afraid it b the same ole songs too, and i love those songs, but..... Beauty and the Beast is sooo great! and it and If annyone falls are not usually "around" and niether are Sara (wich was beautiful with cool ending lyrics. all i ever wanted...theres a heartbeat, the wind became crazy ect...which are my favorite parts) and How still my love was done well musically and vocally. Plus Crash into me and Circle Dance.

BTAB is what I was looking forward to having on DVD the most, too, but I'll settle for just CD, I guess.

Her Red Rocks performance of BTAB is my all-time favorite version, but the way she does it now is also so beautiful to me - bawled like a damn baby when I saw her do it live in Reading, even if I had to contend with some greasy Charlie Manson lookalike blaring "I can't believe she's 60! I'd still hit it!" every 5 seconds in my ear. Le sigh.

I'll be purchasing the CD, but pass on the DVD.
