A lot of Sugar Daddy mentions...I really didn't care for this song until I thought about how funny it is that Christine is singing about a sugar daddy. Since it's used a lot for slang these days, I figured it was a late 90's/00's thing, so it's funny 1. because it's 1975 and Chris is saying it, and 2. just because Chris is saying it. I don't know, there's just something funny about Christine talking about a sugar daddy.

Getting back to topic...Mystified.

My least favorite Christine song is definitely "Everywhere." There is just something about it that I don't like. I don't hate it; I just don't love it.

Aww.. I love Sugar Daddy! It's so cute!

It's hard for me to find a Chris song I don't like.

Wish You Were Here
Mystified
Only Over You

that's all I can think of for now, although, I'm not a big fan of BTM and Time. They aren't horrible just.. eh.

I love Chris.

I disagree. Anyone with a serious appreciation for Christine McVie will tell you that "I Do" and "Hollywood (Some Other Kind of Town)" are great Chrstine tracks.

I'm bored by Christine's solo album because of the production.
yes, i find Christine's solo album a little boring. her singing is....ok (great voice, but sometimes she sounds a little like she's just going through the motions); the production is...ok; and the arrangements are...ok. how much better some of those songs would have been with lindsey's deft production touch and FM's excellent harmonies and playing. similarly, i've heard some bootlegs of her solo tour, and i get the same feeling (or non-feeling) when i listen to it.

About the album... yes, the production is rather bland, and I think at some point Christine needs some sidework, too. I just don't think Todd Sharp was enough of a studio-mate or whatever you call that these days... I also don't like the idea of giving so much songs to other people if the original idea (correct me if I'm wrong) was to put out all of those "lost songs" that Christine couldn't release because Fleetwood Mac limited her production to four or five songs per album. Anyway, my favorite tune on that album is "Who's Dreaming This Dream", which was written by Todd Sharp, go figure...

I just think that neither the Christine Perfect album nor the Christine McVie album do justice to such a stunning composer, singer and composer as Christine is/was. It's just that her greatest work comes from Fleetwood Mac... and nearly all of her contributions (Time included, of course!) are outstanding.

I disagree. I appreciate Chris. I like All Over Again on that album. I like the chorus on I Do.
Hollywood repeats endlessly and has boring harmonies (a matter of production as much as songwriting). Nights in Estoril sounds instrumentally dreary to me, and the lyrics are not as good as her others. To each his own.

Love Mystified...those harmonies are gorgeous

Save me ...eh
Sugar Daddy...ok

I don't have much to fault Christine...she was such a solid songwriter...even the Mirage songs I like...

Sometimes though her lyrics are a litttle weak...but her sense of melody more then makes up for it!

When it comes to love and Do you Know from BTM,She must have been dipping into Stevie's Klonopin.

Chris is The Earth Mother Goddess. She can't do wrong. Seems to me some you need to get out more. You're only commenting on Chris's tunes in the Buck-Nicks time frame. Her best stuff is before the "Tanned and Gorgeous Duo" came on the scene. Very few clinkers from Chris. All the songs most people hate I love.

I definitely agree about Do you Know, but I did like When it Comes to Love.
