"Before the Beginning" is a Peter Green Mac song from Then Play On album from 1969.

Then Play On could be considered the blues era Mac's "big" album a la Mystery to Me for the Welch era and Rumours for the Rumours era.

Much like Angel and Straight Back for Stevie, "Before the Beginning" is not really one of Peter's top Mac songs, so it's inclusion is kinda obscure.

If only their tour setlist could be as varied as this. Although, it does seem ridiculously Stevie-heavy.

Most excited to hear The Kills cover Dreams, I think they'll nail it;

I was wondering which Angel was on that list, too. It's easier to imagine Marianne Faithfull performing the Stevie Nicks song, though I'd love it if she's chosen the Bob Welch song.

Rolling Stone posted the Oh Well from the album today..I know Lindsey's version is incredible but this is a slowed down, grittier version that I'm LOVING. Thoughts?

Lykke Li posted this herself on twitter/fb yesterday: http://www.facebook.com/lykkeli/posts/10150895713102199

And I found the radio session she was talking about, check it out!

The acoustic guitar in this was so monotonous it mad the song boring to me. She's a good singer. I wouldn't call her a great one.

The Billy Gibbons link was gone from the link you posted.

Nice to see a variety from different eras of the band. Hopefully it will help attract new listeners to FM.

Totally agree with you..I think more so I'm excited about the potential of her recording Silver Springs from that live clip. Kinda disappointed she didn't get more intense with emotion and vocals at the end like we're used to from Stevie. I can see the 'monotonous' feeling based on that.

Oops! Here it is again, maybe because I posted from my iPhone? SORRY!!!

No need to apologize, darling. It still doesn't work for me. Maybe it's just my computer because all I get is this and an empty box:
Listen to Billy Gibbons & Co.'s "Oh Well":

It ain't the end of the world for me. It's like over in the Stevie forum. All the pics that are posted by Dragoon are unseeable to me. The are just boxes with a little red X in them. All of them, all the time, yet others can see them as they comment on them.
