Regarding the photo David Wild posted. Are Christine and Stevie wearing hair extensions? The parts in both heads of hair seems to go agains the growth patten in the bangs area. Not terribly important, mind you. Just curious.

Yes. David Wild is actually known for being one of the top hair designers in the music industry. He is talked about in Micks book and is given credit for Stevie and Christine's hair styles over the years.

All the B-sides plus Stevie's unused songs and any released remixes.

Also, as strange as it may sound... Make Me a Mask.

I know it came five years later but really this is the only studio album it could feature as a bonus track on as Lindsey did not feature as a member on BTM.

I was just listening to Book of Miracles and thinking how good a "Juliet" it could have been with strong, clear vocals from Stevie a-la Seven Wonders.
