You're right, it's from a Tom Petty show at Compton Terrace in Phoenix on July 30, 1985.

Its RAL era but most likely 1985 during Petty's Southern Accent's tour. RAL was still not released. But I could be wrong.

Unfortunately there isn't any photo of Stevie with Prince. However there are photos of Stevie at Purple Rain's premiere.
