Default Greg Buckingham

While looking at Les' site, I was reading about Greg and went on a search. I found some interesting stuff.

Now I know that Lindsey didn't necessairly like his time in water polo/swimming that much, but... does anybody else read this as Lindsey as a 'major sponsor'/'past player'

Arrow Joe...

I'm sure Lindsey did contribute. That's so horrible to have lost most of his family and he's only in his fifties.

The Buckingham Society..hmmm.....LOL

I know. Many people in their fifties may lose one or both parents, but he lost his father so young, and then one older brother was struck down when he could just barely be considered "middle-aged." How devastating those losses must have been.

I often think about the fact that when Lindsey went on stage with the band in 1990, in Oakland then L.A., he'd just lost his brother about three weeks before. Mick's book had just come out a few months prior too. Also, he thought, then, that he was performing at the final FM concerts (as Stevie and Chris announced they were retiring and would do road work anymore). That must have been a strange and emotionally stressful time.

Heart Greg BucKingham

My heart went out to Lindsey in those days!
The photo of him on stage is so SAD! He lost
weight and looks ready to cry! Dear Lindsey!
He has suffered but never says much! Sky
