David, Thank you for your contributions here!! I love these photographs!!! Especially the Rhiannon pictures. I cannot ever get enough photos of Rhiannon in action. Everyone, feel free to post any TUSK Tour photos you have. I'm sure there are many we have never before seen.

Ahh, 28 years ago to the day and it was also Thanksgiving. It was on a warm day in 1979 and it is a warm day today, too. Fond memories. Too bad that digital camera weren’t around yet.

No, everything's gone. I had vinyl copies of several of those shows, including Las Vegas 1977, Dallas 1978, Almanac, Live Ivory, & Albatross, But Not Around My Neck Please, which had that photo of Stevie Nicks posing against the Mercedes roadster. There was also a Sin City vinyl, but it was just a shortened copy of Las Vegas. But not to worry, because all these shows are all still available on tapes, CDs, whatever. But they all originally were sold on vinyl, which is why you can hear the vinyl crackle on your tape or CD of the Cotton Bowl or the Aladdin.

Here are a couple of private shots from the opening night at the Cow Palace.

Here's a shot I took at the Forum in Los Angeles on the final night. My photography skills are equivalent to Stevie's piano skills. You guys probably have the tape of one of those concerts. The Trojan marching band played on Tusk the whole week, with their director, Bartner, conducting.

This one is professional but I've always loved it. Looks as if it's from the first leg. The one to the right of it is great, too.

There are two great concerts on film from that era, both shot in Landover at the Capital Centre. I used to wish the Bootleg Genie would leak those in better quality.

My vinyl copy of Sin City is the entire show. Again David thank you a million times over for these new extremely rare shots from the Tusk Tour!!!

the 19th show on the Tusk Tour
November 25,1979
Largo, Maryland
Venue: Capitol Centre
Largo is a suburb of Washington D.C.

I have a bad quality video of this show. During the best part of Rhiannon the quality improves. David posted some cool photos from this show a few threads back. Check em out, they're nice.

I originally thought that but after I posted it and then enlarged it I wondered to myself if the photo is from the Tusk era or not. Oh he was still dating her during this time wasn't he?
