Default "My Little Demon" question

Hey, all - this might sound dumb, but I have an mp3 that I downloaded from an old thread here, "My Little Demon (Track)," it's called - it's just Lindsey, not the version from The Dance, and I LOVE it...but towards the end, when it's doing all that distorted guitar stuff, it stops abruptly for a second, comes back, and then ends completely, also abruptly.

Is it supposed to be that way, or do I have a bunk file? Either way, I shall still adore the song, but it is jarring enough to make me ask what's going on, lol.

I don't remember. Someone else will have to attend to this request.

That's okay. I shall wait patiently.

I also have a "My Little Demon" question...why was this credited to Lindsey and now being credited to Christine and Stevie as well?

I have a copy that does the same thing. the track clocks in around 3:21 and the first cut out is at about 3:13. Not to say it's not a bunk file, but perhaps we all have the same bunk file!

I thought it was a Lindsey song? Sorry if I put this in the wrong place.

LOL, maybe. Mine clocks in at 3:23, and the cut out is where you say yours is. Hmmm.

No, the one I have has drums and stuff in it.

I should've just uploaded it in the first place, wasn't thinking - here it is:

^^^

Luke...your guy looks like he's from an X-Files episode. (We got the complete season for Christmas and I am enjoying them.)

Zombie -- thanks for your version of My Little Demon...I hadn't heard that one before.

You're welcome. Just wish I knew if it was supposed to be doing that at the end!

Close Its the demon from The Exorcist (Captain Howdy/Pazuzu)- he subliminally appears a handful of times in the movie.

This is from "The Village Recorder Demos" which you can find on Throwndown.net for download. There are some true gems on them like She Smiled Sweetly,Deep Dense,Given Thing,Steve's Riff and Blue Turns To Grey. I too prefer this version of MLD over the Dance one, and i especially love it when Lindsey does that little Michael Jackson "eh" thing at the end

Thank you! Does yours cut off at the end, too, then? Or maybe I should download the torrent from ThrownDown.
