Fleetwood Mac is my favorite and no one else comes close.

overall and for all time - yes.

Others that come close are The Police, The Motels, the 10,000 Maniacs (and NM solo) - Led Z., and a few others.

I just LOVE all of those

lol. Well, I suck with details. I was ****ing AWESTRUCK when I met him. The only things I could manage to say were "uh...uhh...UHH!$(!@#$%$#!11)!1" and "Heeeeee." I stared at my kitten-heeled pumps a lot, because I am a lame. I managed to utter "May I please have an autograph? I'm a huge fan." And he's all "Sure!" asked me for my name, and I was like "Uhh..." and then my mom pinched my shoulder and I was like "Kate! My name is Kate." And then he signed my Atomic 45 sleeve (I had it with me just in case). I'm getting it framed. But yeah, he's a really nice guy, and a phenomenal drummer. One of the most awesome moments of my life.

And, just because I feel like reminiscing about the BEST CONCERT EVER, here are some hella awful pics I took at the show...

. We propose that we should replace your current publicist, as we have done so much more for Blondie over the past couple of years, than he has in his whole career. All we want is our fair share, all we want it what's coming to us

Already got it! All For You Sophia, Take Me Out, Love & Destroy, This Fire, & Don't Start are stellar .

I could use some advice on Blondie material though. Don't have any of their discs, just loose mp3s. My favorites are Maria & The Tide Is High. What would be a good start?

OMG, that second pic is FABULOUS.

That's so awesome that you met him, though! I would have been just as awestruck. You're very lucky.

And if reminiscing about your concert put you in a good mood, go read Chris' latest entry. That will put you in an even better mood...

A girl after my own heart. Come On Home is my favorite, I am so obsessed with that song that it's not even funny. The same could be said for all of their stuff, though. I've yet to hear one I don't like.

As for Blondie, that depends on if you like the varied, experimental stuff or the straightforward pop stuff. If you want to jump in head first and throw caution to the wind, go with No Exit, The Hunter, Curse of Blondie, or Autoamerican. If you don't want to drown, go with Blondie, Plastic Letters, Parallel Lines, or Eat To the Beat.

Well said Hayley. I think that's a big part of it for me too. Fleetwood Mac (+ solo) was the first band that I was ever really crazy about; they were the catalyst through which my tastes and love for music in general developed, and through which I met a lot of great people.

I was curious about Sam Phillips after you mentioned her (actually I was expecting it to be a guy) and checked out some of her stuff on iTunes. I really liked it. I think I might download 'A Boot & A Shoe.'

That made me giggle.

Tiki Lab is posting a new show tonight, I believe, too.

Fleetwood Mac is my favorite.

I also like The Police and the Eagles, but FM will always be #1 for me!

I pretty much HATE the **** that's played on the radio nowadays (Britney, Ashleeeeeee, etc.). I'm old. And I don't care.
