Default Songs written about Stevie?

Besides Lindsey, do you think or know of any songs written about her or feature her in some way?

This has me thinkin' about some songs.

How funny, I was just thinking about starting a similar thread . I believe:

I would Die 4 U by Prince to be about Stevie.
Stevie Baby by Dave Stewart
Don't Come Around Here No More by Tom Petty is inspired by a Stevie incident.
It's Only Love by Sheryl Crow
Malibu by Hole/Courtney Love

There are more I'm forgetting. And I'm sure plenty we don't even know about.

I'm fairly sure Life In The Fast Lane by the Eagles is about Stevie and Lindsey. Even if they deny it. The lyrics fit.

Life in the Fast Lane has been rumoured to be about Stevie and Lindsey, hasn't it?

Also, I've seen it suggested that Hotel California was partially inspired by her (I guess the 'she' parts), or her house or something don't know if that was just speculation or where that came from exactly. And I know next to nothing about the Eagles, I just read this somewhere haha.

Then there are those songs with her name in the title that I can't think of right now.

Def I Would Die 4 U. I think his song Darling Nikki is about her too. Also, I have ALWAYS thought Purple Rain is about her too. He apparently gave her the track for her to write the words, but she couldn't and then he comes up with lyrics like this:

I never wanted to be your weekend lover.
I only wanted to be some kind of friend.
Baby I could never steal you from another.
It's such a shame our friendship had to end.

Honey I know, I know, I know times are changing.
It's time we all reach out for something new,
That means you too.
You say you want a leader,
But you can't seem to make up your mind.

The lyrics fit but the timing doesn't. Didn't that song come out in like 1972?

You're right - Witchy Woman is not about her.

Stevie by Brian Wilson is.

I like to think Christine's Friend is about Stevie, as well as the other members of the band. It makes it that little bit extra lovely for me.
