Songs From The Vault Vol.2/new Fleetwood Mac.....?

Around a dozen years or so ago, there was a 10 disc outtake collection up on E Bay for Stevie. Over the years, it's been fun to see what's been released. Even with 24 KARAT GOLD, there's enough material left over for a second volume of SONGS FROM THE VAULT, as well as room for five or six songs on the new Fleetwood Mac album.

My question is....have any of these songs been released under a different name?

I'm particularly suspect of "Mistress of My Fate" and 'Lady From The Mountain."

Personally, I would like to see "Julia" and "Gold & Braid" on a remastered version of BELLA DONNA in two years for it's 35th anniversary, and (at least!) "At The Fair" and "What Has Rock..." on the new FM album (she always said "What....." was meant to be recorded with them!)

Without You, The Tower (Goodbye Baby), Nomad (Candlebright), No Light (Planets of the Universe) and Lady From the Mountain (Moonlight) have all been released. Mirror Mirror was the b-side to Blue Denim.

I would suspect Mistress of My Own Fate is The Dealer.

She has enough quality unreleased songs for Fleetwood Mac and really maybe even TWO more Songs from The Vault. There are lots that aren't on that list that I can think of (including"Chanel, Chanel" and "Space Needle") that deserve to be released. If she's up for it, what she should really do when she's done with Fleetwood Mac is release a volume 2 and tour in support of both 1 & 2.

Judging from what she said in the Facebook Q&A, that might be exactly what she has in mind!

She should tell the band that after this tour she's retiring from FM so she can concentrate on all the things she want's to finish up with her solo career...

Do I Bring You Down is a fake - not Stevie - created by a fan who later admitted he faked it.

"All Over You" is also suspect in that supposedly it's both Stevie and Prince, and it's a demo they started working on together. Some people swear up and down that it's her, some people think it doesn't sound like her at all.

I'm one of those people who think it's not her.
