I've been pretty much out of commision for a couple days, but I'm still alive!

damn good thing you are ok, i did something similiar once when i was around 12, i jumped from the last 2 stairs & ran into the same kinda vent & knocked myself clean out, no blood, but i had 1 helluva headache ~

That could be it. My cat cut me off. The stairs turn at the bottom and are very narrow on the left side. I usually avoid that side but Mufasa got under my feet. Last week my roommate did the same thing. We have to be careful! Stupid stairs. When I landed I had to lay there for a minute to make sure I was in one piece. It was PAINFUL.

I almost punched my hand, head (I've been known to headbutt objects/people out of frustration - Never Deb, I'm sick and pissed but not that perturbed) and cellphone through the kitchen door's glass pane window about one hour ago (On purpose of course...) from the hatred I felt as I talked to my 'former' legal representation in regards to the 'potential' (There's no muthaf**kin' 'potential' to it) case of my Mother's death (Is it just me or does a person have to get down on their knees and kiss someone's ass in this world to get by?)
