"Keep Me There"

Could somebody explain to me the whole "Keep Me There"/"Butter Cookie"/"The Chain" saga.

Firstly, I don't think I've ever heard "Keep Me There". Is there anybody who could make it possible for me to hear it?

Secondly, does "Butter Cookie (Keep Me There)" have anything to do with "Keep Me There" or do they both just happen to share similar titles?

And lastly, did "Keep Me There" really presage "The Chain"? I suppose I'll know after I hear it.

It's just this isn't it. Really like about 1/2 way through some of these pieces made the final cut.
