This has been the second time in the past few months this has happened, last time was when the spinach recall happened (I just ate salad made of spinach the day before the recall - and the brand of salad recalled was the exact type I ate.)

I know what you mean. I had an older jar of Peter Pan PB in the cupboard but figured it was a couple of months old so it shouldn't be part of the recall. I just looked, and sure enough 2111 on the cap! I definately would have gotten sick way before now, but just seing those numbers on the cap makes me a little sick to my stomach.
