Question What does "Say You Will" remind you of?..

Given the recent discussion of whether Stevie and Lindsey are breaking new ground....

"Say You Will" [which IMO sounds great and bodes well as a single] got me thinking ...

Something about the beat reminds me of "Angel"...and something about the light upbeat melody and tempo reminds me of "Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind.."

Hmm....well as weird as this is gonna sound...it reminded me of Stevie's demo 24 Karat Gold..."Say you will Say you will' and "Set me free set me free" have kinda the same beat...i dunno just my first impression..i don't see any other similarites between the two though....

Twisted.

But that's considering I've heard only a 60-second snippet of the song.

I don't have a clue why but it reminds me of the sort of songs they play at the end of Dawson's Creek!! lol!

I'm ashamed but the first thing that came to my mind was

"Say my name, say my name..."

by Destiny's Child.

Argh. I hope the rest of the song does not bring the same feeling...
