Interesting that in Rikky Rooksby's 1998 book "The Complete Guide to the Music of Fleetwood Mac", he mentions parts of Future Games sounding a bit like Wishbone Ash. I must admit that I'm not very familiar with that band - I'll have to check them out on YouTube.

Billy Gibbons is a huge Greeny fan and in the early days sometimes even affected the same out of phase tone:

Also here's ZZ doing a cover of Rattlesnake Shake:

Play on Rev!

Nice guitar work! It sounds like the stuff he did with Peter Bardens to me.

sadly, when tryin' to give a listen to this, i always receive the following message:
"Sorry! We can't find that page. A report has been sent to our tech team, and they're looking in to the problem. Please check back in a bit."

Default Humble thanks

Cheers Lazy Poker for listening very kind comments.
I was talking the other day to a friend about peter as i was working out parts of the solo to it takes time, and man you forget how good he really was. His playing to me is kinda like the george benson of blues, where every note has definition and is executed with precision but obviously with bags of feeling.
We really only got the tip of the iceberg of peters greatness considering he more or less quit when he was 23. Saying that i don't wanna discount his come backs as his story is an amazing triumph over illness and he has still produced musical moments of absolute beauty.

Anyways thanks chaps for listening
