In all fairness, I'm not sure that "Rattlesnake Shake" is that famous of a song, that tons of people would automatically think of Peter Green or Fleetwood Mac when they saw the title of Rick's album. So I don't see it as being cheap or selling himself using someone else's fame.
I'm not saying that the song isn't well-known in certain circles... but beyond that, I'm not sure how instantly recognizable the title is to the masses. It's not like Rick named the album 'The Long And Winding Road,' you know what I mean? Or even 'Albatross.' But with the title he chose, maybe Rick should have just gone with a theme album, and recorded covers of Billy Squier's "The Stroke," the Who's "Pictures Of Lily," the Vapors' "Turning Japanese," and so on!
