Default RIP Jim Capaldi

I don't know where I've been, but I just heard that Traffic drummer Jim Capaldi died on Jan. 28th. VERY sad to have learned about this.

Oh, yeah, I remember hearing about that all over my radio station.
It's funny, cause when I visited my parents at Xmas, my dad had Traffic in the CD player.
I was not too familiar, but it's still sad. When I played my dad's CD, I was like, "oh, yeah, these songs are good!"
R.I.P. very late.

On the title cut from his Whale Meat Again album, he sounds just like John Lennon...it almost sounds intentional. In fact, the first few times I heard the song on the radio...yeah, it got airplay...I thought it WAS John Lennon.

"Oh Lord, Why Lord?" with both George Harrison AND Eric Clapton from his Some Come Running album is fantastic. The whole album is.

Let's keep his music alive. Keeping the thread going to keep the awareness up.
