ha ha i am laughing so hard Stevie's favorite song is California Love by 2-Pac with Dre. She said she blasts it in her dressing room before Fleetwood Mac shows and when she opens the door she said that everybody is shocked to hear that song. She said something else about rocking out with her bad self and that the song gets her ready to perform in front of 60,000 people. (lol too bad she doesnt realize its closer to 15-20k) |
I can just see her getting down to this song -ha! love it!
she said that all of the songs they are playing now are her favorite songs mixed with tracks from 24K Gold. N'Sync Bye Bye is one now -ha! i used to freaking love that song back in the day. we have like the same taste in music.

i hope i can listen again too because i have no idea when it started. she is talking about Carousel again and its all just so sad. i cant even imagine going through something like that but it so sweet that Vanessa was there for her. she sounds like a great person!

I know.

There's a parallels for me with this song. I lost my mother unexpectedly 6 years ago. Turns out my mom and Stevie's mom were similar in the fact that they were both influential to us as children as far as instilling the importance of imagination and fantasy into our young lives. I will always be grateful for that. I think of her and smile when I hear this song.

Awe so sorry to hear that about your mom but I love that you think of her and smile when you hear Carousel.

I got it on now and recording it.What time did this start.Did anybody get it from the top.

She sounds great.Can DJ too.

This reminds me of listening years ago to 1050 WHN in NYC with the country artists popping in at the station do do an hour before their concert that night .

I prefer if she do the oldies station.I'm not hip with the currents.

I picked it up when All The Beautiful Worlds was on so when I hear it again I will know it's starting over. Cant believe its been over 3 hours that I have been listening to this though. Its so much fun!
