Default The Dream

Any opinions on the new ten track CD from England titled The Dream which has the original FM lineup? Are all the tracks available on other releases? How does this compare to something like Shrine '69 for someone who wants the best of the original lineup and most of Kirwan, but not absolutely everything? Thanks for any comments.

I haven't heard of it.

Do you have a link to where I could peruse the album tracks?

Exclamation

Here's one on ebay right now:

Hard to say if it's a boot or not but my guess from the tracklisting is that it's just (yet) another repackage of the "London live '68" set so by rights they shouldn't have used a FM picture on the cover with DK in it as he's not on the recording. You're better off sticking with the version that's already out there. You might like this if you liked "Live at the Marquee" as it's got that same grumbly "microphone in the hall" sound quality (though John is on bass on this one and not Bruns since this is apparently from a 4/68 show from an unknown London venue).

John

A confirming "2nd" to the "Live In London '68" rehash. Exactly what it appears to be.
