it says 1992, if you look up the dates for OOTC tour, there are 3 dates listed in 1992:

so i guess it's either one of the 2 Coach House in San Juan Capistrano dates, or Detroit. actually i don't think Detroit show happened.

i'm surprised it's not written in the video description, actually.
