I want Red Rover, Come, Murrow and Say Goodbye to see the light of day...I don't care which album they're on. It would be a bit of shame to have them credited as "Fleetwood Mac" songs but if that's what it will take to get them out there then that's fine by me!

For me:

(the studio version) Bleed To Love Her
Steal Your Heart Away
Twist Of Fate
Murrow
Red Rover
Down On Rodeo
Say Goodbye

That leaves enough room on the new album for a couple of NEWER Lindsey tunes and about 5 or 6 Stevie tunes.

i don't want lindsey to hog the album. I think it should be 7 of his and 6 of stevie's.

If it's anything like their past history, Stevie's songs will all be significantly longer than Lindsey's, so the time split between them will be close to even, even if the numbers differ.

who cares if the songs are credited to LB or FM, as long as they out there? Besides, if some of his tunes are put on the group album, more people would here it. Would Big Love have been a #5 hit for LB as a solo artist, which it was intended? Probably not. Instead, it was released as the first single to Tango in the Night and got far more exposure.
They'll probably divide the songs evenly between SN and LB, so the chances of some of these songs showing up on the album is good, since what we heard represents his best new material (or at least we think), and I'd guess that he'll contribute those rather than any "leftovers" to FM.

Default Maybe newer LB tracks on the new album

Bear in mind that Gift Of Screws was conceived as an album sometime between 1995 and 2000. It leaves two years of new Lindsey material that may see the light of day on the new FM album.

I for one hope that no Gift Of Screws songs appear on the new FM album and after the new album has been a MAJOR success then maybe Lindsey or whoever held up the release will release Gift Of Screws fully mastered with the same track listing as was leaked. And then Lindsey can at long last receive some credit for his own solo work which is way toooooo long overdue.

Maybe a Grammy for Gift Of Screws

Here's hoping

I'd agree with Neil on this one to a degree. Their have been some vague intimations that GOS tracks were being used by the band, but I certainly don't think those are the only tracks we'll see from Lindsey. Knowing that these songs are all coming from one grounded album, I think Lindsey would learn from his disappointment about killing off his solo album in favor of TITN. I'd expect to see anywhere up to 3 GOS tracks on the album, but much more past that, and Lindsey loses his album again. You could argue that there are close to 20 GOS tracks, but a LOT of those are covers that make me think he was fooling around (a la Blue Monday - don't get me started on how good that one is ). Even if GOS never sees the light of day, I'd like to hope it stays as one complete thought rather than a well to draw from.
