I've been on a plain brown rice trend lately. Simple, yet delicious.

I also really like really sticky white rice with stewed tomatoes poured over it.

I hate to say this but I love Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice. My dad made the BEST Spanish Rice when I was a kid. I've never been able to duplicate it.

Damn, that sounds good! I've never tried that and since I don't eat meat, I could add it to my dinner list.

Brown rice is like nature's perfect food! It's good cold too.
For a sweet treat, take some left over white rice, sautee it in butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over it and be prepared to go into lala land it's so fricking good!

i love all rice.. except spanish rice. i particularly like fried rice with vegetables. sometimes i like to take just plain white rice and fix it up with some sugar. that's some of that good ol' single-girl-is-too-lazy-to-make-real-food cooking right there.
