Default How much would you pay?

It's been widely reported in the UK today that Barbra Streisand is coming to London in the summer (I think) and top price for tickets will be £500 (apprx $1000)

My question is imagine we've moved into a parallel universe and Christine has agreed to do one or two shows with FM again.

How much would you pay?

If I thought it would be the last time I might go to £500 .......as long as I was on stage with them

$1000.00 to see Barbra Streisand? There was an article in today's USA Today about it & it didn't mention how much the tickets would cost. It did say that she was using this tour to raise money for her foundation.

I'm not sure how much I'd pay to see Fleetwood Mac with Christine, probably not $1000 though. I don't think that Fleetwood Mac could charge as much as Streisand, even with the complete line-up. It's all about supply & demand. They could certainly charge more for tickets if they had the entire Rumours line-up.

I'd consider the $1,000 for about 1/1,000,000th of a second then look to see if Cream was going to do a West Coast of USA stint...for them, I'd drop the grand to go.

Beyond that, I don't think there's an act out there that I would spend that much money to see. Hell, I could buy a new guitar and amp and put on my OWN show for a $1,000.

I'd spend the $1,000 getting a onn a plane and going to England for another trip. A few years ago, I went to Northumbria and then York. I'd love to see Kent, Canterbury, Oxford, etc...

And, who knows, maybe I'd see Chris walking the dogs.
