Default Looking For Kiln House, Future Games And Bare Trees Era Concerts

Hi everyone,
Are there any decent shows out there from 1970 to 1972??????
I'm looking for copies of any show from the "Kiln House", "Future Games' and "Bare Trees" Danny Kirwan era. I got lots of other shows for possible trade!

Email me privately if you are interested in any trades!

There's a 2 CD/1 DVD set called Madison Blues that was officially released. Has a few studio outtakes, but mostly it is live recordings from the Kiln House era. And, the DVD is a fairly recent 96 minute interview with Jeremy Spencer.

Here's the link to the album at Amazon.com:Fleetwood Mac - Madison Blues

And, I'll start emailing you tracks from those '72 shows in the next couple of days...got sidetracked by visiting relatives.

Hi chiliD,
Thanks for answer!!!! I know what you mean about diestracting relatives....
I checked on that Madison Blues double CD and it says it is both studio and live. You mention that there are studio outakes....does that mean the "studio" CD is live in the studio????

Are the other two '72 shows you mention, the Seattle and German shows?????

Thanks again,
Alexs dad

Well, I don't have the Madison Blues set (YET, that is). I'm taking that description from what I recall other Ledgies said and posted here about the album when it first was released.

Yeah, the Seattle & Sindelfingen, Germany shows.

I believe the tracks that are labled 'live in the studio' are from their BBC appearance. The other live tracks are from the Kiln House tour.

There are a couple of "Madison Blues" for sale on eBay which might be worth snapping up. Kinda pricey.... I'm glad they are live studio recordings!
If I buy one I will let you know how the shows are!
Thanks in advance on the 2 shows chiliD. I will be watching for them!

I absolutely love the Madison Blues set, and I play it a lot. There are 5 'live in the studio' tracks:

Crazy About You
Down At The Crown
Tell Me All The Things You Do
Station Man
Purple Dancer

The first two are unavailable officially anywhere else as studio tracks, as far as I know, and they're both fantastic. I think they're from November 1970 and they're the first recordings with Chris officially a Mac member (I think). There was another recording of Down At The Crown from those sessions, and they also did Sandy Mary and Turn Me Loose - I don't think they've surfaced anywhere yet, unless someone else knows about it

The Kiln House tour live stuff is mostly excellent, although there were sound problems here and there - nothing too bad though. Lots more songs unavailable (officially at least) elsewhere. You also get 4 Christine Perfect songs (all good) and the Jeremy interview from 19 Feb 2002. Well worth the price in my humble opinion
