MSG Presale Monday.

I am trying for front row baby! I have to be up in 6 hours to do it, but I will.

I totally missed out on getting any kind of good seats for Philly ( regular sale didn't have anything closer than sections 4 and 5) but for MSG, I hope I get within 10 rows because that show will be so amazing!

Anyone else going or trying to go?!

Its Tuesday, the 30th. Im taking off work and everything and making a day of it.

Unfortunately I will only be going to the Bridgeport CT show due to limited lack of funds. But I wish you well in your first ten rows and I hope you get good seats.

Hi Janet -

We are trying for some good seats as well and would love to meet up if possible. We had 13th row for the Meadowlands so I've got to do better than that for MSG!

Actually, for The Dance tour we had the side of stage, row 4 or something equally as shocking (through TM!). Everyone around us had backstage passes, and they were incredible seats.

Good luck with the presale! Let's compare seats later on!

Ok, check this out - at TM at 9:00 am, no password needed, best seats for "Fan Club" are section 229 - NO Floor seats available!

GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ, this just gets worse & worse..........

I smell a rat because of it being in NYC and MSG. MSG probably not too interested in cooperating with a faggy FM fan club pre-sale - scalpers delight this morning

Well, after some persistance, I ended up with section 3, row L, it looks like 12th row. After the 200 *hitty sections kept popping up, I was really getting pissed.

But row 12 is better than nothing. I'll just keep trying for better seats in First Union.

Now they require a password and sections 9 and 10 keep coming up.

How many seats did you buy? I need 3 so I think that's part of the problem. Best I've seen is section 9....grrrr

Its like when I got good seats for FU center too, it seems like one or two seats will pop up like 2 minutes then all the mediocre seats come up.

I would quit and try ebay or keep looking throughout the month, that's what Im doing for Philly.

I lucked out for MSG, I really thought I was going to get shafted. Don't settle for section 9 though, only like 2 and 3.

After some 20 "find seats", I did mange to get Section 3 row M. But my first three attempts brought up Section 106, 127 and 40. So strage, this random allocation of seats.

Hey Janet.. I am definitely going to the MSG show and hopefully the Jones Beach one as well.. but I am not going through any presales. I rather take my chances.

And stayed on for an hour (I was at work)...trying every two seconds. I never got anything better on the floor than those last sections on the floor (10, 11, 12). They are at least (and I think this is a conservative guess) 70 rows back--not elevated at all, I think. So, I didn't buy a thing.
I'll keep trying later.
I couldn't believe how bad the MSG seats were. I think it might go down as the worst fan club presale yet (and yeah, for 15 minutes--anyone could get on. Not that they were offering anything good. And I was only looking for one seat!)

I did not try the pre-sale; I was "in the air" on a big Delta plane at the time

But, I am not too concerned about getting a good seat at sopme point because if this concert is like just about all of the other previous other concerts (Mac or otherwise), tickets will more likely than not randomly and periodically appear in the last two weeks prior to the concert.

My $0.02.

I've decided to wait as well. I have yet to see one decent ticket for MSG come up on TM. Not that I'm surprised!!

And to think I paid money to have this "Fan Club" experience.

I pulled up section 3 row L too but didn't take them. Now I wish I had because nothing good came up afterward. I was at work and after a certain amount of time deemed excessive (I'm told it's one hr. per day), your name shows up on a report to management. And being that I'm part of that management, it doesn't look too good.
