The newest issue of Rolling Stone compiles its own list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. Congrats to Peter Green. He was 38th.

Congrats to Peter Green...but I'm still very dissapointed with the list. I think old Greeny deserved better and Lindsey should have had sme recognition.)

Hey, I'm glad Pete made the list. I'm sure even 38th out of 100 is quite an HONER. Shamus, if you see this, do you happen to remember who the top 10 were? I'm guessing that Jimi Hendrix was #1 and possibly Jimmy Page and Robert Fripp in the top 10. Also, do you happen to know where Steve Howe placed in the top 100?

Oh God, I really can't remember. I'm pretty sure Jimi Hendrix was number one...but with the rest of the list I'm not sure on.
