In Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, Count Olaf's girlfriend, Esmé Squalor, wears stiletto-heeled shoes with the heels replaced by stiletto blades. Esmé poses as a doctor at Heimlich Hospital and chases the Baudelaires around the library of records. Since her stiletto heels are actually made with daggers as heels, her shoes keep sticking to the floor and she is unable to properly run after the three orphans.

I heard she has to shop at Cabella’s because she got banned from Dick’s.

You could quickly whip out the stiletto, stab your victim, put the knife back in your clothing and move on before anyone could see anything happening.

Stevie found them inspiring, obviously!

And my contribution to the overall topic....

It was very bad of Stevie and Lindsey to do those things! I heartily disapprove! Shame on them! etc

The thought of 5'1 Stevie trying to throw a chair at 5'8 Christine doesn't inspire fear in me. It makes me .

I might be the only one, but I've always assumed this lyric from Firelies was a reference to her hurling a high-heel shoe at Lindsey during a fight.
A stiletto is also a very sharp knife.

I'm pretty sure that's not an option.
