Thumbs up All Over Again - Time

This is a really sad song. Any thoughts on it being about Christine leaving the band?

It's a really nice, albeit, sad and retrospective song. It seems obvious that's what it's about, and not having any regrets about it.

Beutiful song about leaving the band. Shame most of the other tunes on the album were lukewarm to lame.

Actually, I like almost every song on Time (including this one). It just never seemed to fit together as a cohesive piece. It didn't sound like the product of a "band" at all, but rather an odd selection of tracks half-assedly slapped together on the iTunes playlist of someone who wasn't paying very much attention.

And yes, the song is beautiful.

Only one person's opinion.

I like every song on the album. Not in the running order of the CD, but if you take the time to rearrange the tracking order, a smoother running album is possible.

I really like this album a lot. This particular song is the only song Fleetwood Mac ever did that could bring a tear to my eyes. I happen to like all of Christine's songs on here. I also really like Bekka a lot. I think she and Billy sing real good together.

I like the album for what it is. It's an odd anomaly for sure, but it's part of the fabric of band's strange, varied and circuitous history.

I do like this album also. I would say my least favorite is Blow by Blow.
