THAT'S BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FIT THE KEY OF THE SONG. They yanked the volume of the guitar star out, because it doesn't fit!!! So blame Brett for putting on a show. I'm sure Hamingham was the catalyst. The spanking sucks. JMO.
Lindsey needs to take some ritalin and tone it down a couple of notches, too.

Is it possible that this NEW hired keyboardist is actually hired for Stevie down under and not for something that FM is actually working on? Maybe Brett isn't making this trek to AU. Didn't Taku say something about not everyone being able to make it? or did I imagine that?

Let us hope... yesterday I was thinking "shouldn't FM be in the studio right now ?" So this better be true

Or, as his personal luthier (Rick Turner) was quoted as saying, "many on his crew think he should take up smoking pot again".

I think FM is indeed up to something. The official website has been using a splash page of a new website coming soon. Time will tell.

IMO, that's not such a bad idea!

I met him! He's so nice!

I don't see how anyone could dislike him. I don't notice him "hamming it up" at all.

I will be very pissed off if they replace him.

I'm thinking that this guy will be like Taku and the others that are part of the back up to the Mac. I don't think that they would add a new person to the regular line up this late in the game, unless it was Christine. I could be wrong, but that is just what I'm thinking.

I agree--when I went to the Holmdel concert in June, I got to meet Taku, and he really is a cool guy!

I really can't imagine that much, if any, studio work has been done unless it is studio work by original Fleetwood Mac band members. Remember Mick had made a comment a while back that the original members of Fleetwood Mac might possibly reunite to work on new material and tour?

As long as it takes Lindsey to work on something and "perfect" it and with Stevie performing in Australia I just can't imagine the SYW band getting another record ready for release by 2007. Anything is possible, I guess. I can't see FM letting their anniversary go by in 2007 without something being released or some kind of tour. But with so little being said by the band members themselves it's really too early for me to speculate just exactly what all they're going to do.

And I may definitely be in the minority here but I'd much rather prefer Fleetwood Mac not work on a new studio album (unless it is the original band members). I'd much rather see solo records and shows by Lindsey and Stevie over a new Fleetwood Mac record right now.

I actually specifically asked this question! He said it was Fleetwood Mac, not Stevie Nicks.
