I've never heard anyone suggest a singer shouldn't be eligible for the HoF because they don't also play an instrument.

Diana Ross literally had a song called "My Old Piano"!

I don't know about every inductee either, but I just got the feeling that even most of the artists who "just singed" would usually also have a competency in a musical instrument (of more complexity than a tambo).

Back in the day with news this big, the SN page would be filled with people. ALl day the Rumours board has had more visitors. Damage has been done.

So happy for her. She deserves it. She is having a great year! Stood up for herself with a great power move & got rid of that thorn in her side (LB). Brought her friend into the band and embarked on a very fun tour. And to close the year out, was the first female inducted twice into the HOF. Bravo!

I am genuinely surprised that Stevie is the first woman in twice, TBH. It’s well earned, but I thought it would have been Tina Turner, who’s in as part of Ike & Tina Turner, but not as a solo artist.
