I think she's a witch. I believe she has sold her soul to Beelzebub in exchange for earthly riches.

During the scene where Lori runs out of the house she says something like "Where is my maid? And why are all these chickens here!"

And it cracks me up every time.

Can someone refresh my memory on the "sitting alone on the bed" quote about Lindsey? What is the whole quote and where is it from? I'm trying to tell a friend about it, but my memory is shaky. Thanks!

Also could someone remind me what is the quote where Stevie says that Fall From Grace is about Lindsey? I know that it is from a recent radio interview. Thanks!

I love cemeteries too.... I've always wanted to go sit in one with my typewriter on my lap and start pounding away but I'm afraid someone will be mourning his dead aunt or something and shoot me a disgusted look.

haha all of her comments from the CV DVD were pretty funny. I can't remember the exact quote right now, but she said something about the horse running away with her or something that makes me crack up.

Also, I love how she always inserts "you know" into her long explanations of things. She's adorable.

Lindsey and I and our tragic, uptight way of doing things to each other is still the same in so many ways. In many, many ways, Lindsey and I are still the same people that we were when we met at 16 and 17. There’s a part of our relationship that remains unchanged. It doesn’t matter that he’s married with kids. It doesn’t matter what my life is. When we’re together we can still be incredibly teenage. And we still write about each other a lot. We’re still great sources of inspiration for each other. When we’re 90, whoever goes first, the other one will be sitting on a bed alone. We’ll never run out of stuff to write about. 2009

Here's another one in the same vein:

"That electric crazy attraction between Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks never dies, never will die, never will go away," she said. "He's married, he's happy, he has three beautiful children that I love. You know, he's found a good, happy, calm, safe place — but who Lindsey and I are to each other will never change...It's over. It doesn't mean the great feeling isn't there, it must mean that ... you know, we're beauty and the beast. It means that the love is always there but we'll never be together, so that's even more romantic." 2009

Here's the 2009 radio interview quotes about FFG:

Angry song. Probably my angriest song ever. But, it has...it's angry like 'don't jump off that cliff, don't be an idiot.' But, at the same time it's like 'because I don't want you to be hurt.'

No, that song's about Lindsey. Oh yeah. That's after the Dance. I wrote that in 1998, 1998-99 that's right after the Dance.

[So, he still knows the buttons to push.]

Oh yeah, definitely. And he tries not to push them so much now because I really don't like it and I don't want to be angry with him now. But he knows how to get to me. But, I'm only saving him in that song. [Quotes song.]

But it basically says, you know as angry as I am at you, I'm really only trying to help you. So at the end when it comes to the end it basically turns the whole thing around. Almost like he does on Never Going Back Again. when he says you know, "I"m never going back again" and blah blah blah but the he says "but come around and see me again." So Fall From Grace is kinda like that.

Stevie's also said:

Quote:
I'm able to use all that information, which is great. "Fall From Grace" is really about Fleetwood Mac onstage, that's always mostly going to be about me and Lindsey, just about our energy and what a trip it is to be in Fleetwood Mac and walk up there onstage. It's just . . . it's grand, you know?
Here's another Fall From Grace mention radio interview. It's posted on nicksfix:

http://www.nicksfix.com/interview_chum_may6_2001.htm

MD: Tell us about from the new album "Trouble in Shangri-La," the song “Fall from Grace.” What’s that all about?

Stevie Nicks: “Fall from Grace,” I wrote on the Fleetwood Mac reunion tour. Because that’s a great place to write, when you’re on tour and everything’s going really well, it’s very exciting; it’s like a big date. You know, it’s like very romantic, very, and you know you’re traveling. And of course, when you’re in Fleetwood Mac it’s a very big deal, so you get the best of everything in Fleetwood Mac. When we go to my solo career, it’s a little cut down, it’s a little cut down.

MD: It’s the discount version?

Stevie Nicks: It’s a little discounted, you know. But the Fleetwood Mac thing is very big, so it’s a very fun place to write. And “Fall from Grace,” was really about um when, Lindsey and Mick and I go up on stage, and how, just how intense it is, you know. And how we do kinda feel like, you know, Queen Elisabeth, Prince Phillip, and Queen Edward, King Edward; oh man, he’s gonna kill me for Queen Edward. Um, it’s such a powerful thing, and when you get up there it’s just so magical and so strong. And so, somehow the poem for “Fall from Grace,” just came outta that.

My favorite ~ and I can still relate to this day:

Ian played a vampire in a Quantum Leap episode, so that would fit. LOL

When did she say that? LOL that's such a stupid thing to say - she won't be around to own herself as a dog.
